Online tool to upload resumé and motivational letter. Followed by e-mail stating you have been qualified for a first interview. First interview is held with a recruiter. If qualified, a second interview is held with the direct superior. When quailified out you receive a simple e-mail.

The online process started via the recruitment portal. Rounds of interviews with HR and Head of Unit. The overall process was positive and friendly. Not so long - HR Department is flexible on timings.
