The company and position looked great and promising... until the assessment test. No one likes them, but I took the FIRST ONE.
At the phone screening, a SECOND assessment test [PROCTORED] was mentioned as part of the interview process. According to them, a second test was listed during the first one. This requirement made a bold statement and raised potential red flags. With some consideration, I passed on moving forward.
Respect, transparency, and other values should be reciprocated in the employer-employee relationship, even during the interview process. If they are minimal or questioned as a prospect, imagine the culture and treatment embodied by an org as an employee.
