According to them, a second test was listed during the first one. This requirement made a bold statement and raised potential red flags. With some consideration, I passed on moving forward. Respect, transparency, and other values should be reciprocated in the employer-employee relationship, even during the interview process. If they are minimal or questioned as a prospect, imagine the culture and treatment embodied by an org as an employee.
