      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EAB

      Interview

About a day after applying got an email asking for my availability for a phone screen. Provided several times. No response. A week later I asked if they wanted to speak with me. The original contact said she was no longer handling this job and cc’ed her colleague. The new contact immediately reached out and we scheduled a call. It seemed so disorganized. They claimed to have 2 openings- one because someone moved up internally and the other as a result of growth. The interviewer apparently didn’t have my latest résumé- despite my having sent it. She appeared to have pulled something from a job board. The whole thing was so unprofessional. And a day later I received the generic rejection letter saying “the position has been filled” At least get your story straight? You had 2 openings 24 hours ago? What a farce
