Competency based interview around their GROW model and using the STARR technique. Also, common interview questions like what you know about the company and what you have done to upskill yourself in the past years
Easy but thorough. They asked questions based on team work, communication skills, if there was a challenging customer how would you react, managing your workload under a tight deadline. They did an assessment to check how quick you can type and they prepared a transcript where you had to respond to a pretend customer who had a query. It was easy to do, just make sure you have the STAR responses for the typical interview questions which you can find online.
