Was fine. Needed to do an art test for awhile and got feedback. I didn't get a call back though. That would have been nice. But I get it. Life is busy.

Started great but ended in confusion about transparency for tips and compensation. Was told that being an artist wasn't special but sales is number one for this position so it changed my desire to work there because of the company's motives and work environment

Personable, really took the time to thoroughly assess my skills and strengths. Very easy going, relaxed environment, feel free to be yourself. They asked me questions about my background and assessed my design skills with an on the spot editing challenge
