I had an interview in January, during which I was asked to complete a simple code assessment involving basic customer CRUD operations. What was supposed to be a technical interview turned out to be a thorough review of my resume. After a couple of hours, they rejected me.
I want to highlight that this company seems to prioritize loyalty over experience or technical skills. If you have stayed at your previous job for at least five years, even if you're not particularly strong in coding, this might be an opportunity for you. Not a single technical question was asked during the interview.
