The process was expertly conducted and clearly communicated, beginning with an initial HR pre-screen and info session followed by a 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager. I didn't progress further, but the next stages would have been interviews with a would-be peer as well as a colleague of the hiring manager. The final candidate(s) would then present to a panel.
