The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dynatrace
Interview
If you don’t mind being ghosted during the interview process, go ahead and click “apply”, otherwise don’t waste your time with this team. They will lead you on and expect immediate availability but not return the courtesy of transparency or proper communication. Four conversations (one in person), and then silence. I have spoken with two other people who interviewed here and had the same experience.

Question 1
Standard “tell me about your sales process” fluff. But if you ask them about their strategy, expect a politician’s reply.
Professional and straightforward. My Dynatrace interview process involved several rounds, including initial conversations, a practical assessment, and meetings with team members. It focused on communication skills, problem-solving, and alignment with the company’s values.
Had 4 rounds of interviews and spoke to several people. Recruiter screen followed up manager call then SE and then VP of sales. Regular sales questions, nothing different. Took about 2 weeks.
Very professional and quick. I was able to meet multiple team members. In addition I was able to present my plan to the broader team for feedback. This was in the form of a challenge.
