Initial phone interview with Cynthia, second was with Sales Manager. Cynthia was patient with my bad phone reception and seemed open for any and all dialog during the 15 minutes we spoke.
Todd had me penciled into a slot to meet him with no communication with me as to when, where, or how. He called me during an active interview time I communicated to the company of my travel 10 hours to meet with. I then get a blunt text, no courtesy or professional tact included. I reach out to him and explained that he nor his office communicated this time or even location. I later get asked to attend "ANOTHER" phone interview.
I just informed you all that I drove 10 hours , stayed for a week to have chance to meet you but am ultimately offered another phone interview my last day in town.
Salesmen, learn more professional tact. Any response refuting this without an apology and commitment to ensuring this doesn't happen to another candidate will be met with the same level of respect you render. Please, fix this for the growth of your team. This screams "toxic".
