I applied online. We set up a half-hour phone interview for two weeks after the application had been submitted. The next step would have been a half-hour in-person interview, followed by a Code Day (spending a day in the office finding defects in a sample site). However, two weeks after the phone interview they informed me that they had changed direction and were no longer hiring for the position.
