Dynamic Owl interview questions

I submitted my resume and was contacted by the office administrator to arrange for the first interview with one of the founders. First phone interview with the founder was a little over 30 minutes and was pleasant. I believe the intent was to establish cultural fit. Second phone interview was with two of the four founders and was more informative and interactive. Many scenario based questions were asked to see how I would approach each situation. At the end of the hour, references were requested. The next step would be an on-site meeting with the team. The day spent with the team was wonderful! Dynamic Owl is solely comprised of A players who are incredibly passionate and collaborative. I knew in the first hour that I would be thrilled to join the amazing group. Written offer was sent a day later, which I accepted. Start to finish, the process took 3 weeks.
