very short, 5 min call followed by 20 min zoom interview followed by 5 min call. Seemed like they just wanted to get it out of the way, and hire anybody who looked remotely competent.

Interview
I had an on-site interview followed up with emails asking weird technical questions. They were very skeptical of anything NetSuite related as they have been burned by consultants before. They requested that I do a few day’s worth of work and when I described how I would approach their requests instead of working for free, they seemed dissatisfied. It seemed unprofessional and odd.
They gave the appearance that they didn’t really know what they wanted vs what they needed. It turned out that the appearance was actually very accurate.

Question 1
They requested that I create new roles and dashboards in their live environment. They requested that I create an automated email that gets sent to the customers when a sales order was processed. They also wanted a custom saved search.
