it was a message with a bunch of dates on it and a place to show up depending on the location and the city also you might need see which location is more convenient for you but the location you apply for and where you interview at is usually different just be ready to check your email and show up and bring a unique vibe and a super positive attitud.
Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didn’t expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values
The interview process is constantly being remodeled to adapt to the generations of new broista hires that fit with the growth of the company. I had a phone call interview and an in person “panel” style interview.

What kind of vegetable would you be if you could choose one?
Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
