A lot of virtual meetings with HR. Then a quick meeting with the US sales VP about how to handle trouble employees, then nothing. Ended with a quick sorry after weeks.

How would you deal with an underperforming employee?
It was a virtual interview. It lasted about an hour. There were a few technical questions. They never reached back out to communicate their decision. It would have been better if it was a physical interview.
