Interview
Really just a 90 minute conversation with the two owners. Set up a meeting time/place in a direct email with the owners, showed up, talked for a long time, then left. A very informal process overall.

We discussed the design processes that I had been taught in school, and they explained the design processes they use in their work at Dupla. I got one technical question about statistics. No white boarding, no resume review, no portfolio review.
