I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Feb 2018
Interview
Used an Indeed link, took me to higher me site filled out simple application with questions, sold myself with a saucy cover letter, declined to provide a video cover letter cuz I bombed my last one for a bank, (the link is still active if you change your mind until you are invited or declined for an interview) used my best profile pic of me smiling super bright. Received an email three days later for an interview to be considered for multiple locations. In person interview with DM, she literally asked me 2 questions and I was hired on the spot! I was nervous filling out the paper app when I got there waiting on her. The staff looked like they had been settled in for a while, and some older than me but I'm sure they're nice. We had the interview in the diner with the customers, I spoke to a regular left a good impression. She explained they were really short handed in leaders across this side of the state and that I will start as Shift Lead to be promoted when appropriate. I still suggest preparing with a dummy run on relevant questions using glass door! I just got lucky. She spoke most of the time. My answers were short and good enough apparently. I'm going on vacation, so the big stuff paperwork and briefing will begin when I return! The Indeed post mentions a background check but she said nothing of it today.. and obviously you need a license and vehicle. She asked me nothing of "what would you do if," "how did you handle a,". I wish all interviews were this easy.

They are not hiring for what they said they where, they need crew level openers and are offering a 1 dollar differential .... Boss man was also 40 minutes late and then low balled me .... Gross.

Interview
Simple and friendly. You meet with the manager or shift manager, they give you a walk through, brief descriptions of the roles and responsibilities, and ask you lots of questions about experience and what ifs

Question 1
Lots of situational awareness questions for customers
The interview was fairly straightforward. Nothing really out of the ordinary and the person that I interviewed with was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. This helped me make my decision on which job to accept.
