Interview
The interview process was laid back because I was transitioning from one position within the university to another. Therefore, I was already aware of the new team and boss. Even though I already knew the team, the process was still professional. The HR team was very respectful and responsive during the entire process.

it was a zoom call and an nice conversation . it took around 20 mins, told about my educational background and then my experience and my expecation from the job

Interview
The interview consisted of a single round with the PI of the Lab. I also also given a tour of the lab and of adjacent labs. The department then sent out an offer letter.
Great, very great interview. The interviewer made sure to tailor the questions to my interests and area of expertise. The interview was just with one person and then I was given the opportunity to meet the rest of the team.
