Interview
Check in with nurse recruiter. Hour interview with floor nurse manager, a charge nurse, and a preceptor. Regular back and forth discussion of unit and expectations; behavioral questions as forewarned. About another hour shadowing another nurse to get a feel for the floor. Got a tour of the unit and visited with some patients. Assisted lifting and moving but not patient assessment/care.

I applied online and then I was contacted by the floor manager to set a time for a phone interview. She was nice, asked my experience and what specialties I work in and which surgeries I am comfortable doing. She followed up shortly with an offer.

Panel Interview with 3 current staff members over zoom. Nothing too out of the box however take it with a grain of salt, I was a new grad when interviewed
It was good since they were really kind and nice. To make sure I should get a job here, maintained positive smile all the time while the whole interview. That was quite big experience for me.
