DuPage Pads interview questions

I submitted my resume to HR. The director of interim housing called me, and did a phone interview. The phone interview consisted about 15 question asking different situations, thoughts, opinions. Then my next interview was in person with the director and the CEO talking their own set of questions in the same interview. Then my third interview was three hours at a evening church site. I was observing the clients and the staff at the site. Then the agency ran my background check, it was clear so I was hired. My first day a three hour orientation.
