Drover interview questions

1. A call with the local Sales Manager in which I was asked about past experiences, results and accomplishments. 2. Interview at the local office in which I was asked to give examples of situations where I solved complex problems for customers, drove change in the organization, managed to retain or win over previously unsatisfied customers, etc. 3. Interview on culture fit

The oddest Interview experience I have ever had tbh. It compromised of three stages; an initial HR screening, the main interview which involved a role play exercise that i did twice to correct mistakes (overall spoke to 3 people during this stage) and then a culture fit meeting. Made it all the way through and was then advised about a week later my application would not be taken any further? What they meant by further I dont know, no feedback so very disappointing.
