Onsite, writing sample, another onsite. One of my onsite interviews included a 20-30 minute test that was not tricky but the pressure for time was what made it a little bit on the hard side. The recruiter and head of ops were nice and seemed smart, but their interview/ interview coordination process seemed a little haphazard.
