Quick HR call, then a call with the hiring manager, following 1 hour zoom of technical interview which was mostly architectural review. Interview concluded with a very odd, very company specific question that I may or may not got right. Never heard from them, not even a decline and the technical interview had been rescheduled 4 times.

2 technical interviews, 1 home exercise. 1 presentation. 1 HR. i was also asked for recomendations. then got a job offer. were very nice at the begining, gave a low offer. no option to negotiate. showed thier real face afterwards.
