Interview process was disorganized, and follow-up was nonexistent. The process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the manager of content strategy, and a final Zoom interview with a VP. Unfortunately, after completing all the interviews, I never received any updates on my application status. It’s been over a month with no response. Additionally, one interviewer failed to show up for our scheduled meeting, which reflects a lack of organization. If you're considering applying, be prepared for poor communication.
