Interview process took just over a month from beginning to end. Started with Skype screening interview, followed by in-person interview and followed by second round of in-person interviews. Everyone I met with was professional and courteous. Interviewed with senior management, CIO and CEO, both left a positive impression. Seems like they have a good management team in place to manage expansion. Would've accepted the offer, but personal time off offered was well below what I expected for a management level position. Compensation offer was fair though.
