Applied online. They replied 3 working days later about setting up an initial "get-to-know-you" call which was set for the next day. The call was relaxed with an internal recruiter with just background questions. One day later another internal recruiter set up a technical telephone interview a few days later that would last an hour. Day of the technical interview the call was late. Started with basic background questions, They gave a sample problem that I had to write in code. I took my time, checked all the edge cases, and according to the interviewer did it correctly. He noted that there were some inefficiencies like extra variables and I explained how they could be removed, but didn't change the code. He also asked some questions about complexity of the code. He said there wasn't much time left (it was only 40-45 minutes into the hour call which confused me a little bit) so that we either could do the other problem (which he said wasn't as important as the first one) or I could ask questions. I asked questions about team sizes, how their development process works, etc. Then he said that the recruiter would get back to me. A day later I get an email saying that they decided not to proceed with my candidacy with no reason. (If I had to guess, I would say that because I took to long to do the programming exercise since I did it correctly)
