DrDoctor interview questions

Went through the process a couple years back. Smooth and quick process, very friendly and chatty vibe. Main point of contact on hand throughout the process for queries. Didn't get the role in the end, but a good overall experience.

First stage - Short Interview with basic questions Second stage - Technical Interview, scenario based Third stage - Culture based interview Both interviews were conducted by team members that would become direct reports to the successful candidate - I have not experienced this before and find it hard to understand how the company will bring in good leader/management skills by interviewing in this way.
