Interview
They wanted to have an interview on a sunday (huge red flag). They were also hiring behind the current person's back. After what I thought was a good initial chat with the founder, I was left waiting for weeks and then eventually rejected via a very generic, impersonal indeed response "Unfortunately, Food Manufacturing has moved to the next step in their hiring process, and your application was not selected at this time."
Avoid this company - the CEO is toxic.

Interview
I applied via Indeed and a few days later received a message via direct messaging inviting me to a first stage interview. I accepted and the interview was confirmed via Indeed's platform.
On the day of the interview I waited for 15 minutes as the person interviewing me was late. When they finally arrived, the apologised and said Indeed had sent them the wrong time hence me waiting for so long.
I felt the interview was strained despite my enthusiasm and when I said I researched their best selling products the person interviewing me said "oh so you looked at our website" well yes...shouldnt I be applauded for conducting research?
At the end of the interview I was told I was the first person they were interviewing for this role and they would come back to me by the end of that week. That was 3 weeks ago and yet again I have been ghosted. Never applying again to this company.

Interview
There was much last minute rearranging of the interview from the company’s side (including late the night before and as I was en route). The location was really busy with many distractions and felt totally inappropriate for the formal interview question style. We were constantly interrupted and the owner interviewing me would stop listening to me halfway through me answering a question and start ordering her team to do things that weren’t urgent. At one point she took a phone call from a friend. There was also a judgemental comment about an existing employee’s clothing which really put me off.
