Generally quite easy. Was a large group for the group interview so it's important not to feel intimidated and to stand out. The 1-2-1 interviews were very informal, just a quick chat. When I received the job, I was asked to come in for an hour to be shown around and to understand how things work, but when I arrived, my colleagues told me I was on the rota for an 8 hour shift.
