I was contacted by the recruiter after three monthes from applying. And already found a good job at that time, you can feel the lack of speed in this company. You can tell the culture is very liad back, and thats unusual for an IT company. I had one interview and never heard back from them! Maybe they forgot that I even interviewed! Very weird hiring process.
