The manager or shift runner would interview the potential employees and ask very basic questions. It's a pizza joint and most people working there do it as a second job so real skill is needed

They mostly ask about working experience even though not necessary then they ask about availability and of that maths, you're good to go. Make sure you are dressed casual and have rights to work in UK.

Simple questions. asking about you and you professional history and availability etc. nothing to difficult just make a good impression and they will likely hire you. they're just looking or people who wont call in sick.
