Three interviews started with the team ended up with the manager, the manager asked for a 4th interview to know me better and after 3 hours got a job offer
There was a panel of people conducting the interview. Lengthy interview questions graded on a scale. Because they are grading the answers the interviewers are often looking down and not appearing to listen or pay attention to the answers given. They did not provide for an opportunity to dive into the subject matter.

Case Interview and then went to the office for a full day of case interviews. Pretty basic and straightforward, no real surprises. Both energy focused cases. I got to meet most of the team and had a good experience.
