Had one interview with the District Manager and a second interview with the District Manager and Regional Director. Very easy. Just went over my resume and the job. Didn’t ask any other questions.

I had a phone interview with the Recruiter which was about 30 minutes and in person interview with the District Manager that lasted about an hour and was basically getting to know the more about the company and role in detail.

Simple and basic meet DM at a Tim Hortons, he talked more about his personal life then interviewing questions, he did however manage to highlight some of my skills, after the interview with him came a interview with the Regional manager, she was much tougher.
