Interview
Whole interview was less than 5 minutes as it was for seasonal hiring. Just basic questions which I mentioned in resume . It was easy. They did not ask anything about skills or particulars of my previous job.

If I had any previous experience and where do I stay.
The store associate interview was friendly and straightforward. Questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good chance to show communication skills.
I don't know why there's no physical interview anymore. Just the questions and tasks you do on appyhere, and that's it. If you "pass", you get your first day schedule like 3 days later
Asks about customer service and work ethic (organization and efficiency). They like people who can stock shelves fast and can multitask the register and stocking the line up. As long as you haven't gotten fired from a previous job, you have a pretty high chance with the right experience and/or a referal.
