Completed application online. Received call 2 weeks later for interview. Very easy interview simple questions. Made to feel very comfortable. Had follow up interview that was more like a tour. Then had a physical and drug screen. Was hired about 10 days later. After being hired there was a two week introduction period. Trainers were good for the most part with the exception of one being more interested in himself and telling you how great he was.
The interview process was a smooth and well-structured experience. Communication was timely, with clear instructions provided for each step. The interviewers were friendly, approachable, and professional, which fostered a comfortable and stress-free environment, making it a truly engaging and informative session.
