I interviewed at Dojo (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was going through a pre interview screening process for a full-stack developer contract role. After the initial half an hour non-technical call, I was asked to fix and complete a failing full stack test project with best practices (both front-end, Angular and backed, .Net core ) . I completed/ submitted the assignment with the industry best practices but no response from them. I asked for a feedback two times with a span of 10 days on my code. Recruiter was very responsive till I submit the assignment.
I was not asking him to hire me but would like to know the feedback on my code as that is the only way by which I can improve my skills but he completely ignored all of my requests.
As a candidate, it is worth asking yourself whether is it worth wasting your time for a company who never going to give you a feedback
