      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Aug 2022

      Interview

In the 4-step interview process, the TA team approached me directly. Initially, I wasn´t open to considering a move, but DoiT sparked my attention, and I agreed to an initial conversation. During the process, I received so many insights about DoiT. All questions were appropriate and relevant, and with time left from my side to ask questions. the overall feel of the process was just excellent. As a technical recruiter, I have been part of and seen many, and the process at DoiT was perfect.

      Question 1

Some topics included how to approach hard to find it candidates, stakeholder management, and candidate experience. It was a comfortable conversation, with gradually in-depth and some challenging, relevant questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT in Dec 2021

      Interview

1st stage - Very conversational - Was a good split between talking about DoIt (Culture, Business Model and Growth Plans) and me talking about my background 2nd Stage - More detailed run through of how i work - Sourcing / Processes / Markets / Candidate Experience / Managing Hiring Managers. Also chance for me to ask more detailed questions. 3rd Stage - Spoke to someone on the team - Not sure if this would be a standard step but i had asked a lot about the culture and how everyone worked with DoIT being fully remote so had a call set up with someone on the team to find out from someone doing the same role i would be. 4th - Call with Chief People Officer - Again very much a conversation. Casual and fun - Both spoke about experiences we'd had and the market. Also more of an insight into the team and DoITs growth plans.
