The interview process at DoiT was conversational and engaging. Instead of a standard Q&A format, each conversation was a genuine two-way dialogue. The interviewers took time to understand my perspective and openly shared theirs, which gave me a strong sense of DoiT’s collaborative and people-first culture.

4 entretiens en comptant le premier qui est plus RH. Ensuite c’est fluide, rapide et direct - pas de chichi. C’était très agréable, le process était limpide, précis avec pour chaque palier des attentes claires.
