It was a pretty straightforward process. The interview had two rounds — the first one was with someone from HR, where we went over my background and general fit for the role. The second round was with the department manager, which focused more on my technical experience and how I’d handle specific situations on the job.

The process is thorough and selective. It all starts by contacting the Regional Talent Recruiter and having an initial interview. Upon completion of the interview the applicant will take a aptitude test that will test on practical managerial understanding. Once completed Doherty invites their candidates to what is referred to as a 'Day in the Life" where the applicant is given the opportunity to see what an average work day for a manager consists of. After all of those boxes are checked the applicant then has their final interview with the "Area Director". The company will go-over their findings throughout the process and send an offer letter to the candidate and set up an orientation day. The process is very professional and taken very seriously.

Had a very informative one on one conversation with a recruiter from the Doherty Enterprises. Where I was able to gain insight into the company. Interviewer spoke with great passion about the company and all the positive upsides of working for the company. It was easy to tell that he truly enjoyed being part of the organization and definitely makes the company seem like an ideal place to work in this industry.
