1:Initial screening 2:Interview with hiring manager 3:Interview, presentation & roleplay with hiring manager & another manager of a different region. After completing every round, I was told the day after the final interview that there was now a hiring freeze for the position. Up until that point I was happy with the process and the process was laid out quite clearly. However, telling me there was a hiring freeze after completing all interviews, including preparing a 15minute presentation and preparing for a role play, I felt like my time was wasted quite a bit. I still feel like Docusign would be a good place to work and the people I spoke to, gave me a good impression. I was just disappointed there was not more transparency about the hiring freeze beforehand.
