- 3 stage competency based interview.
2. Initial Recruiter Screening (Phone/Video)
This is usually a 20–30 minute conversation. The recruiter asks about your background, skills, salary expectations, and interest in the role. It’s also your chance to ask basic questions about the company.
3. Technical or Role-Specific Assessment
Depending on the job, you may be asked to complete:
A technical test (coding, case study, etc.)
A take-home assignment
A portfolio review
This step checks your practical ability, not just what’s on your resume.
4. Hiring Manager Interview
This interview dives deeper into your experience and how you approach your work. Expect behavioral questions (e.g., teamwork, problem-solving) and role-specific discussions.
