Since its small company, they dont have recruiter. Nor HR. Well HR is CFO and someone else at the same time. For me it was a big no. The interviewer didn’t represent himself. Starred to ask questions -do u know this feature or that, and made not happy face when i said « no i dont know ». Then he added «i had different expectations ». I wish he read my resume before the call, where everything is written clearly. He also mentioned that there will be a lot of self learning, which is separate from onboarding, meaning - u r on ur own. Not that i was waiting, but he ghosted me and never even sent email saying that they wont continue with my application.
