Interview
The interview process was smooth, both interviewers were welcoming and appreciated my presentation. They made the onboarding process very simple. I appreciate the clear communication and prompt responses to any questions I had.

What is my experience in social media and how can this help DivideBuy?
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at DivideBuy (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had an interview with the hiring manager who then asked me to put a presentation together. I presented over two separate meetings via Zoom. I waited 4 weeks and then followed up with the employer but still received no response. I then found out via LinkedIn that the position had been filled. I can understand a non response from a first stage but this was the third stage in the process (application, interview, presentation). There was no proactivity in offering any feedback and despite requesting this it was not forthcoming - either in writing or verbally. Companies need to live their brand inside out. All customer touchpoints including the recruitment process reflect on the brand. It makes me wonder how employees are treated if this is how they treat prospective candidates.

Interview
After several screening interviews with a recruitment agency I attended a near two hour face-to-face interview with the sales director. I was offered the position, agreed a salary and start date during the meeting and told to expect my contract in a few days. After chasing for 5 days, the original recruiter informed me that the offer had been withdrawn due to equity issues and that I should expect an apology phone call from the director later that day. No call or apology was ever received. Very poor experience.
