Interview
Short 10 min phone call. They asked basic personality questions. Pretty standard for an interview for an internship. They asked no questions on my experiences which was expected. The interviewer was personable but you could tell was reading off a script.

Interview
I met with the HR director, and then was offered the position a few days later. Only one interview was required after the preliminary application process. It was not too stressful.
