Recruiter reached out to me, to do a phone screening. Did two interviews with CIO and COO. Company seemed dated and riddled with boomers, don’t see this turning around anytime soon, a simple and basic software that doesn’t seem to be that innovative. Also quite annoyed by the fact the recruiter stayed on the call during the interview which was awful.
