There was one telephonic round followed by the onsite round at Mumbai office.
There were 2 coding questions in the telephonic round.
There were total 4 rounds scheduled for onsite, but they took only two out of that. The reason given was "unavailability of panel". So careless, isn't it? I mean if you are scheduling an interview, you should talk to panel beforehand and make sure everyone is available. They asked me to leave for the day and said that they will get back to me with the feedback of two rounds (coding and system design). And based on the feedback, they will schedule the remaining around again, if required. After two days, I received a mail saying that they can't proceed with the candidature. I was so surprised since my interview had gone really good. I had given almost all answers and the interviewers were happy. So, I asked for feedback from the panel. To check what exactly went wrong. Even if I am not getting an offer, at least I can expect a feedback, right?
But to my surprise, the HR who had scheduled the interview is not replying back to emails and neither she is answering the calls. It's the same person who used to call multiple times in a day while scheduling the interview. My only concern here is why can't you share the feedback from panel?
Overall the interviewers were nice. It was a good technical discussion with them. But this recruitment team or HRs are really sucking. Firsly, they don't keep on their words. I mean seriously the panel is not there when you have scheduled the interview 2 weeks in advance. And then after that, you are not sharing the feedback of interview. Lastly, not answering the mails/calls (ofcourse because your work is over now, so mean)
