A phone interview followed by on site with 5-6 interviewers. Different interviewers focused on different topics or ares of the job. Some focused on case study, some focused on technical aspect like model or coding.

First round : phone interview 1 hour hr and little technical.
Second round : In person interview. HR project Manager( while showing discover campus and explaining benefits) + Technical interview for 1 hour
They offered me different package senior developer instead of team lead as there are multiple positions.
First round: Technical.

I am senior developer I answered all technical interviews questions.
HR round is only 15 min. Its all depends on HR, if they feel you can embedded in culture they will offer.
Very comfortable interview with the senior hiring manager. He thoroughly described the position and the benefits of working for the company. Questions were ones you would expect in an interview with job history overview and situational type questions.

First several emails back and forth with HR. Then phone interview with the hiring manager, some technical questions asked. Then went to on-site, the interviewers asked many behavior questions and some technical questions.
