I did the recruiter screening which was around 30 minutes, then the hiring manager portfolio review interview, it was around 45 minutes. I didn't pass the HM interview, but the skills challenge and virtual onsite was next on the list.

First step was a phone interview and the recruiter seemed to be digging for some negatives and asking behavioral questions. There were some questions on my work background too. Overall okay.

Hr call (half hour): Learn background information Portfolio Presentation (1 hour): 2 design projects Third-round interview (unknown but exists) I didn't go into the 3rd round interview. I think there are other candidates who have more fit experience than me.
