The interview was super chill. They didn't actually care about my skills or anything, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. The turn-over rate is super high, so as long as you have some food or restaurant experience, you could probably get one of the starting jobs.

Job interview was really easy, I mostly talked with the manager about my experiences traveling in Asia. We sat together in a back room and just had some generic questions about food service and customer service.
