Describe the interview process
The interview process began with an online application followed by a short phone screen with a recruiter to discuss my background, skills, and interest in the role. Next, I completed a virtual assessment that included data interpretation, Excel tasks, and basic financial reasoning. The final stage was a panel interview with two team members and a hiring manager, focusing on both technical skills and behavioral questions. The process was well-structured and took about three weeks from application to decision.

Interview
