Interview
They will waste your time instead of telling you they have found another candidate. Week 1 will be a phone interview. Then they will schedule a sit-down interview on the Friday of Week 2 in which one of the interviewers will not show up so they have to pull someone random in who will spend the entire interview reading your resume and not saying anything. Your other interviewer will leave the room for a quarter of the time scheduled. You will be asked "How well do you work in Teams?" and no technical questions whatsoever. By far the least respectful interview process of any Technical firm I've ever worked with.

Interview
The initial interview was a zoom meeting with multiple interviewers. I scheduled the interview after meeting on-campus reps during the MST career fair. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency.
Easy. What languages do you know. What do you do for fun. What are some projects you have worked on? Favorite class. How do you do in teams? Also it was in their corporate headquarters in Little Rock ar, down by the river.
